Every day we make small batches of tofu, soymilk and okara in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood.
Using the traditional Taiwanese method, we carefully grind and boil the finest quality soybeans, then deftly transform this soy milk mixture into wholesome, nutritious tofu.
Fresh tofu has a delicate flavor and texture unlike anything you’ve tried before. Our tofu will take your stir fry, grain bowl, soup or salad to a whole new level.
Visit Jenny’s Tofu Shop and learn how to elevate your tofu game! We can even show you how to make your own tofu using our delicious soy milk.
